SIZES: layout as shown 98" x 67". Each armless chair measures about 30" w x 32" d, with corner element about 34" x 34". Height 30" - seat height 19"/20" approximately.

MATERIAL: Italian chocolate brown leather.

CONDITIONS: excellent, professionally, and carefully restored and newly upholstered by our Italian upholsterer. We kept the original jute at the bottom which bears the manufacturer B&B Italia stamp on the jute. Upon request, we can offer pictures of the restoration to the buyer.

Mario Bellini

Architect Mario Bellini won 8 Compasso D’Oro awards and claims about 25 of his designs in the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art of New York City. He collaborated with the most influential Italian furniture companies and was editor of Domus, a prominent design magazine from 1985 to 1991. He then dedicated his activity to Architecture creating projects like the Islamic Art Center at the Louvre, the Tokyo Design Center in Japan, the National Gallery of Victoria in Melbourne, and many other domestic and International projects. Some of his most successful furniture designs were in collaboration with Cassina and B&B Italia through many design projects such as the Camaleonda Sofa, Le Bambole collection, the famous Cab Chairs, and the Colonnato dining table, and many more successful designs.
